Added the ability to add ad units to the site. Blocks (on the forum through n posts, at the top of the site, at the bottom of the site, leaving, blogging in the text through n selectors etc...)
The ability to add a Table of contents to the article (automatically works if there are h2, h3 tags in the article exists) is disabled by default.
