New:

1. The ability to automatically send the first n messages from a new user to moderation (by default for all 15 messages)
2. Activate our internal filter to automatically flag messages on moderation (activated by default)
3. The first version of Blog platform (subcategory categories, entries)
4. The ability to change the font
5. Section for moderators - Statistics, moderate topics and posts

Improvements:

1. All picture upload to server instead of using base64. We are planning migrate to CDN

Bugs fixed:

1. Fixed upload image error and escape unusual characters in filename
2. Fixed message text when message on moderation
